In accordance with the law (Law 7/1995, of April 6, on the Regulation of Tourism in the Canary Islands),
Ooh LaLa Tenerife provides the following information to users and relevant entities:
More than 2 weeks before the rental, you will be refunded 100% of the rental amount.
Less than 2 weeks before the rental, no refund is possible.
